1. The mystery box product
Mystery Box Co. sells mystery boxes containing assorted overstock, closeout, shelf-pull, and warehouse-pull merchandise. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that: box contents vary and are not disclosed in advance; product images are representative examples only; estimated retail values are estimates, not appraisals or guarantees; and no specific brand, model, or item is guaranteed unless explicitly stated for a given tier.
2. Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise shown. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or inventory errors.
3. Shipping
Orders ship to US addresses with tracking. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, though we will assist with claims for lost or damaged shipments.
4. Returns
Because contents are intentionally undisclosed, mystery boxes are final sale except where an item arrives damaged or defective, or where required otherwise by applicable law. See Shipping & Returns for the process.
