We ship across the United States. Orders are typically packed within 1–2 business days.

- Free on orders $75+ — $0, 5-7 business days
Every order ships tracked; you'll receive the tracking number by email once your box is on its way.
Returns
Mystery boxes are a surprise by design, so we can't accept returns because you'd hoped for different contents — boxes are final sale, except:
- Damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll refund or replace the affected items.
- Defective item: contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

Wrong address & lost packages
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't recover boxes delivered to an address entered incorrectly. For packages lost by the carrier, we'll file the claim and replace or refund once the carrier confirms.
