What actually comes in a Mystery Box?
A real mix of overstock, closeout, and shelf-pull merchandise from our warehouse partners -- things like electronics, toys, household goods, health & beauty, tools, small appliances, and general merchandise. Every box is different, and we don't guarantee any specific brand or item.
How do I know what tier to pick?
Higher tiers include more items and a higher estimated retail value range. Check each tier's estimated retail range and condition notes on the product page, then pick the one that fits your budget -- there's no wrong answer.
Are the product photos exactly what I'll receive?
No. Photos are representative examples of the kinds of items that show up in each tier, not a guaranteed manifest. Contents vary box to box by design -- that's the whole point of a mystery box.
What condition are the items in?
It depends on the tier -- some tiers are new overstock and shelf pulls, others may include new, open-box, or inspected returns. Each tier lists its condition notes on the product page before you buy.
What's your shipping and returns policy?
We ship tracked, insured packages across the US via standard ($6.99) or express ($14.99) shipping. Because contents are random by design, mystery boxes are final sale except for shipping damage or a defective item -- see our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes -- checkout runs through Stripe, the same payment processor used by major retailers. We never see or store your full card details.
